Delivery and payment

Delivery Terms

The delivery of ordered goods is carried out using the following method:

  • via third-party courier service

Delivery is made to the User's address within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, unless stated otherwise on the website.

Delivery costs are covered by the User, except for orders over 99.99 EUR, in which case the delivery cost is borne by the Merchant.

Before shipping the ordered goods, the Merchant has the right to contact the User at the provided phone number to clarify order and/or delivery details.

The Merchant is not responsible for non-fulfillment of an order when the User has provided incorrect, incomplete, and/or inaccurate personal data, including an incomplete, incorrect, or fictitious address or phone number.

Delivery is carried out within the timeframes specified under each delivery option in the order interface. In the case of extraordinary circumstances, the Merchant reserves the right to extend the delivery period and will inform the User in a timely manner.

The Merchant processes orders within 5 business days of submission. Delivery is usually carried out within the standard timeframe for the selected delivery method.

Ordered goods are delivered against a signature. Larger shipments delivered by courier are made to the entrance of the building.

The User is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and immediately notify the Merchant in case of any discrepancies, shortages, or damage. If the User does not do so, the delivery is considered accepted without objections.

For international deliveries, the applicable rules of the respective national postal service and the laws of the destination country apply.

All import duties are the responsibility of the User. The User cannot request a refund if they refuse to pay the import duties or to receive the shipment.

The Merchant reserves the right to change the available delivery and payment methods and/or their conditions at any time by publishing the updates on the website without further notice.
