These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between TEODOR Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the "Merchant", on the one hand, and the Users of the websites and services located on the website http://www.teodor.bg, hereinafter referred to as the "Users", on the other.
TEODOR Ltd. is a company registered under the Commercial Law of the Republic of Bulgaria, with UIC 114515613, address: 31 Bulgarska Legia St., fl. 4, apt. 18, Vitosha District, Sofia 1618, Bulgaria, email: [email protected], phone: +359 878 850 778.
Please read these General Terms and Conditions in full before using the informational and commercial services offered on the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”).
This document contains information about the activities of TEODOR Ltd. and the terms of use of the services provided by the company, governing the relationship between us and each of our Users.
Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions is a mandatory requirement for concluding a contract between the User and the Merchant.
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User agrees to the processing of their personal data on the basis of the contract concluded between them and the Merchant.
Definitions
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Website – http://www.teodor.bg and all of its subpages.

User – any natural person who acquires goods or uses services not intended for commercial or professional purposes, acting outside their trade or professional activity.

General Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions, including policies on usage, cookies, registration, delivery, dispute resolution, withdrawal and replacement forms, and other legally relevant information on the Website.

Personal Data – information that reveals a person’s physical, psychological, mental, family, economic, cultural, or social identity.

Goods – movable tangible property, excluding those sold through enforcement or other legal means by authorities, as well as abandoned or confiscated items. Goods also include water, gas, and electricity when sold in limited volume or quantity.

Sales Contract – a contract whereby the Merchant transfers or undertakes to transfer the ownership of goods to the User, who pays or agrees to pay the price.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) – an out-of-court procedure for resolving consumer disputes, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Provided Services
Users can conclude sales contracts through the Website for goods offered by the Merchant.
Order
Users use the Website interface to conclude contracts with the Merchant.

2.1. A sales contract is considered concluded once the order is confirmed by the Merchant.

2.2. The Merchant reserves the right to refuse orders if goods are unavailable.

2.3.–2.5. The User must select goods, provide delivery details, choose a payment method, confirm the order, and will receive email confirmation.
The Merchant may refuse to conclude a contract with a User deemed untrustworthy.
Prices

Prices are those listed at the time of order, inclusive of VAT where applicable.

The Merchant may change prices without notice but not retroactively for confirmed orders.

Discounts are offered in accordance with Bulgarian law and the Merchant's internal policies, but cannot be combined for the same product.
Payment
If a User returns goods and is entitled to a refund, only the amount actually paid (after discounts) is refunded.
Accepted payment methods include:

Credit/debit card

EasyPay system
For third-party payment services, their terms and fees may apply. The Merchant is not liable for their availability or functionality.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The User may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without reason or penalty.

The User must notify the Merchant clearly and provide details about the returned goods.

A withdrawal form is included with the delivery.

Returns must include a receipt/invoice and be in original condition.

Refunds will be made within 14 business days after receiving the returned items.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases, such as fluctuating market-dependent goods or alcohol with future delivery agreements.
Warranty and Complaints

Users may file complaints for any non-conformity within 6 months from delivery, presumed to exist at delivery unless otherwise proven.

Complaints must be submitted in writing using a form included with each order.

Complaints may request a refund, replacement, or price reduction.

Merchant must address complaints within one month.

Repeated defects may entitle the User to cancel the contract.
Intellectual Property

All materials and databases on the Website are protected by copyright law and belong to the Merchant or licensed parties.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited and may result in full compensation for damages.
Termination of Contract

The Merchant may unilaterally terminate the contract if the Services are used in violation of the Terms, law, or moral standards.

The contract may also end if the Merchant ceases operations or maintaining the Website.

Either party may terminate the contract with 7 days’ notice for non-performance.

Digital consent (checkboxes, buttons, emails) is considered valid for contract formation.
Severability
If any provision is found to be invalid, the rest of the contract remains in force. Invalid provisions will be replaced by mandatory legal norms or established practice.
Amendments

The Merchant must notify Users of any changes to these Terms within 7 days.

Users may terminate the contract within one month of notification if they disagree.

Silence implies acceptance of changes.
Applicable Law
All matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
