Can I Place an Order Without Registration?
You do not need an account to place an order on our website. You can also order by phone. However, if you register, you’ll be able to track your order history and check order status in real time.
What is the Delivery Time for My Order?
The order processing time is 3 to 5 business days. Delivery time begins 24 hours after the date of purchase (on business days). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded. National, regional, and local holidays in Bulgaria are taken into account.
Delays may occur due to high demand, unforeseen circumstances, or transfers. If no issues arise, we will ship your order within 3 to 5 business days from the order confirmation date.
How to Return a Purchased Product?
You can return a product by completing the Return Form included in your shipment, and then arranging pickup with a courier service of your choice.

Can I Select Specific Items to Return from My Order?
If your order contains multiple items and you wish to return only one, you must pay for the full order and return the unwanted item separately.
Can I Pick Up My Online Order in a Physical Store?
Orders placed through our online store are shipped via courier only.
You may contact a physical store of your choice to check if a certain model can be transferred there.
Can I Return a Shipment to a Physical Store?
Returns are accepted only via courier, as a shipping receipt is required as proof of return.
Can I Check Product Availability in a Physical Store?
Yes – once you select the desired size on our website, click on “Check Store Availability” to see the information.
I Have a Gift Voucher, But There’s No Online Code – How Can I Use It?
You can use the voucher online by entering the code on the back into the designated field in your cart.
If there is no code, you can scan it with a mobile app from Google Play or send a photo of the barcode to: 0878 266 226
Do I Have the Option to Inspect or Try On the Products?
All packages include “Inspection”, but if you write a comment requesting “Trial”, we will include it when preparing the shipping label.
Note: If the shipment is refused, the return shipping cost is at the customer's expense.
